All prizes are given out at random.

We don't scrutinise, we don't discriminate. We don't decide on your behalf whether you should or should not get the chance to try out a particular product.

This makes the game fair, but being fair with the assignment of prizes comes with a drawback: you might be offered a prize that is unsuitable or even potentially offensive to you (which is not our intent...).

Therefore, you hold the power to decide whether you want to claim or reject the prize!

Rejecting the prize

If the prize offered is unsuitable or offensive to you, we apologise. 😞

To reject your prize, tap on [REJECT] near the bottom of the screen.

A pop-up appears. Tap on [TELL US WHY].

Fill in the form to help us understand why you had to reject the prize. Your responses will help us to improve the services and experiences that we can provide to you as we continually enhance the app.

After you are done filling in the form, tap on [SUBMIT].

The 1 ticket that you had spent to gain access to the Sure-win Wheel will then be refunded to you.

Note: Each game can only be completed once; if you reject the prize, you will not be able to play this particular game session again, and you will not be able to re-spin this game session's Sure-win Wheel.

Claiming the prize

Tap on [CLAIM PRIZE] near the bottom of the screen if you would like to accept your prize.

If you have not set up the mandatory fields of your profile yet, you will be prompted to do so before you can claim your prize.

Tip: If you fill up your full profile (answer all profile questions), you will be awarded with 1 ticket!

If/After your basic profile has been set up, you will be asked to enter your shipping details. Click on [CONFIRM] once you have filled in your shipping details.

Aaaaaaaand you're done! You should receive your prize at your doorstep within the next 7 days! Remember to submit a product review within 21 days of receiving your prize in order to gain 1 ticket which you can use to win more prizes!
