Game Sessions

What are Game Sessions?

Each Game Session consists of a Game and a Sure-win Wheel.

Players have to first complete the Game in order to qualify for access to the Game Session's Sure-win Wheel.

Ongoing and upcoming Game Sessions are listed on the Home screen.

The listing for an ongoing Game Session displays the following:

• A theme for the Game.
• A countdown timer that shows you how much more time there is left for you to complete the Game Session before it ends.
• A Slots remaining counter shows the number of prizes left for grabs for this Game Session.
• A [PLAY] button. Tap on this to start playing the Game!

Completing the Game may grant you access into the Sure-win Wheel. To qualify for the Sure-win Wheel, the following conditions must be met at the point of time that you successfully complete the Game:

• There is at least 1 prize left for the Game Session.
• You have at least 1 ticket in your wallet.

If you meet the conditions above, 1 ticket will be deducted from your wallet in exchange for access to the Sure-win Wheel.

Completing a Game Session guarantees an award of 100 coins regardless!

Tip: Complete the Game even if there are no prizes left for grabs! You can still earn 100 coins which will come in handy in future Game Sessions.

How do I know what prizes are available?

You may click on a particular Game Session listing to look at its details. As you scroll towards the bottom of the screen, you will see a Prizes up for grabs section where you can view the full list of prizes that you could win from this Game Session.

If you would like to browse the entire catalogue of products that are on The Surprize App so far, you may do so at the Products screen. We will be regularly expanding our product range so look out for that!

You may tap on a product to view its Product Details.

At the Product Details screen, you can:

• Like [] a product to add it to your My Likes list (accessible from your Profile)
• [BUY THIS PRODUCT] from the brand's e-commerce store
• [LEARN MORE] about the product from the brand's website
• Find out more about the product
• Find out which ongoing/upcoming Game Sessions you may win this prize from

When are new Game Sessions added?

At present, a new Game Session that has prizes to be won starts at 8:30PM (Singapore Time) daily. We will be increasing the frequency of Game Sessions and the number of prizes available as our community grows.

Special Game Sessions may be released with special prizes or may be released outside of usual cycle during special occasions! Keep an eye on our Instagram posts (follow us!) to be informed of special Game Sessions!
